I want you to experience power, strength, peace and presence — that you can bring with you into your whole day, and your whole life. My offerings are designed to help you be and feel mighty, free, grounded, beautiful and whole.
Private Pilates Classes
In addition to one-on-one Pilates, I also offer occasional pop up classes! (If you’re interested in having a small group class with your friends, let me know.)
Whether you’re coming from a gym atmosphere, a mat class or reformer class, or you’ve used the full system before — these one-on-one sessions on the Pilates Machine help maximize breathing, mobility, balance, strength, posture, range of motion and body awareness.
I will teach you to move safely and strongly, in good alignment, so you can have the physical freedom to do more things in your life. Want to feel great, and tone your body? Those are bonuses!
Fun Fact:
At 17, I took my first Pilates class at NYU — and it blew my mind. My core became so strong that I could do anything I wanted to do, dance-wise or otherwise! That’s why I became a Pilates teacher … so YOU can do anything you want to do. Whether it’s play with your kids, surf, snowboard, dance, climb a mountain, or sit at your desk and work without pain.

Pilates Mat Class
Using rings and bands, the goal is to strengthen your routine so when we’re not together, you’re able to maximize your time on the mat. Plus, you’ll meet other cool pilates enthusiasts! All levels welcome.

Ballet Barre Class
Want to feel like a ballerina? Experience a real ballet dance class, no ballet slippers required. (Socks are great.) In this friendly class, you’ll learn a classical barre routine, and move to beautiful music. All levels welcome.

Yoga Class
Need an hour to center yourself? Learn a Vinyasa flow, with extra-special attention to alignment. Relax, breathe, and enjoy yoga in a welcoming environment. All levels welcome.

Want a nutritionist who takes your whole unique self into consideration?
When it comes to nourishing ourselves, we all have different preferences, needs, and histories. As a functional nutritionist—I look at all aspects of you—and help you find a way to eat that serves you in all areas: your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
